Sony VAIO X Series system is a product of Sony. It comes with a built-in real-time GPS functionality and the moment you fire up your Sony VAIO X Series system, your favorite websites and email load very quickly. HDMI or High-Definition Multimedia Interface acts as an interface between digital video or audio sources and assures of digital audio devices compatibility with it. HDMI is a digital replacement of analog standards used prior to transmit uncompressed digital data. In Sony VAIO X Series system, audio and video are delivered to external devices like the TV screen using a single cable with the help of the HDMI output. This output also supports a Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) connection with which you could control more than one electronic device connected to it simultaneously using a single remote control.
The following are some issues of HDMI output along with tips to resolve it on your Sony VAIO X Series System :
- Resolving synchronization issues
- TV's external audio visual input
- Altering the image size
Resolving synchronization issues
When you try to give an output to your television through the HDMI output, you might face some difficulties. In cases where it cannot be displayed, test the s-video output and press F4. This will pop up a small TV icon at the lower right hand. Just click on it and change the screen resolution to 1280 x 768. You should also try other resolutions before attempting to send out the monitor signal. Then restart your Sony VAIO X Series System.
TV's external audio visual input
Check whether the input for audio visual has been connected as given in TV plug-in. Also make sure whether the cable connected is in proper working condition. Then try changing the audio visual for HDMI, as it might be altered because of the connection given to your TV. You might also face a black out after the boot logo has appeared instead of a start screen. This is because of the NMT sending a signal that is not compatible with the TV input for it to display. To overcome this issue, change the mode using your remote by referring to the manual option.
Altering the image size
Problems caused by HDMI output could also be solved by changing the image size. Some HD could not be displayed in some TV because of high picture size or it shall be displayed in very high zoom. Scale up your gaming, movies and music on a home theater with full 1080p high-definition video, and amazingly immersive surround sound. The TV modes vary by NMT and depend on hardware such as VGA output, etc.
