To avoid such issues please read the following tips:
- Appropriate cable connection
- Alter the HD resolution
- VGA to HDMI translator
Appropriate cable connection
Most of the issues like no sound; no picture etc might come with improper cable connection. If the system experiences this issue, then you need to shut down the system. Then have to restart the system if the issue is not solved after this, then you need to check the cable connection. If there is a problem in the cable connection, then correct it and check the output. The issue would be resolved.
Alter the HD resolution
In some cases the auto detection for HDMI might not be functioning properly with the TV. To resolve this, you just need to alter some of the settings. This could be done yourself by choosing 720p, 1080i or 1080p setting in the high-definition option. After changing the settings, recheck the Output and that would be corrected.
The VGA signal is the analog signal where as HDMI is a digital signal. The translation from the analog to digital signals converts the information and evaluates it. If the translation is not in the proper manner, then the HDMI would not give any output and thus the issue would be occurred. So check the translator properly.
