Sony VAIO JS Series is a desktop PC from Sony. It is mainly made up of 2 all-in-one computer systems from Sony. This system is aimed at regular consumers. Verify the Bluetooth device
Before turning on the Bluetooth you need to check that the Bluetooth device is working properly. For finding that you have to follow these steps. Firstly click the Control panel, System, Hardware Tab, and Device Manager. In that you have to look for the Bluetooth device. Then it means that that device is working properly. If you find some yellow exclamation mark over there, it means that there is some problem with the device or there is some issue with the driver. If there is issue with the driver you have to uninstall that and install the new one. Then only try to turn on the device.
Turning on and off of Bluetooth
When you realize that the Bluetooth device is working properly you have to then now turn it on. In My Network Places, you could see the Bluetooth icon. Right click on that and then select Bluetooth settings. In that, you could see the option for turning on the Bluetooth under the connections. For turning off also you have to follow the same steps.
Bluetooth is working by transmission of signals through the air. There is a chance of interference with the connections. In order to avoid these issues, you have to avoid the presence of metal objects between the device and computer. You are not supposed to put the system under a metal desk. The cordless phone base stations, microwave ovens and electrical devices also need to be kept away. Then make sure that the device and system are not more than thirty feet apart. If any issue arises, you have to restart the system or reset the device and then try again. Before connecting you need to make sure that both Bluetooth of both devices are on. Try to use updated Bluetooth drivers.
