Have you ever thought of upgrading your Sony Ericsson Xperia device so that you can have all the latest and advanced features? If you like to play music with enhanced sound, or if you wish to play multimedia content on other Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) certified devices while using the existing Wi-Fi network, you can do it all now.
Sony is all set to release the upgrades for its Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc and Sony Ericsson Xperia Play smartphones. A report from a source has confirmed that same upgrades will work for both the phones. Very soon, users of Sony Ericsson Xperia devices are going to enjoy a host of advanced features and improvements over the old version.
Citing ever-toughening competition in the mobile market, Sony Ericsson has put in its best of efforts to scale up the performance of both Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc and Sony Ericsson Xperia Play through the release of the updates. Sony Ericsson has gone extra miles to bring a smile on the face of music lovers. Users using these devices can experience the enhanced sound quality as well. With the help of ‘xloud’ music playback settings, they can listen to music in even higher volume when playing music through speakers.
Sony Ericsson has even worked on improving the visual effects. The new, upgraded device will be accompanied with a landscape mode and a couple of new visual themes.
Sony, with a vision to challenge the might of Apple, also plans to launch the S1 and S2 tablets sometime during September this year. The tablets feature Android 3.0 Honeycomb as the operating system. Both the devices again come loaded with DLNA for sharing media with other devices.
It is a great effort by Sony to come up with host of enhanced products. The response Sony is going to get from users will be noteworthy because it’s going to open up many doors to new developments in the coming days.
