It was for the very first time today that I called iYogi for their technical assistance for a software issue of my system. I installed some interesting software in my system that was not operating as per my directions. I had always heard good things about your “Good Karma” from my friends with respect to technical support. And I was quite delighted that I experienced the same as I heard about iYogi. I loved the fact that you guys were so courteous and immediate in your actions. I purchased one year subscription yesterday itself. And your iYogi Complaints Form seems to be the best platform where I can share my experience with you.

Being a customer, we all have been at the receiving end of service providers at some point of time or the other. Like if you take remote tech support services from a service provider and discover that the service provider is not that cooperative and are also not efficient in what they are doing, what options are left with you? Try calling at the customer service number of the company to vent your anger and ask them to do their job properly, or look for another tech service provider? Isn’t frustrating to go through all these? I am lucky in these respects as my service provider, iYogi, not only takes good care of us but has recently launched the iYogi complaints form to know about our experience. The iYogi complaint form empowers us and clearly shows that company is trying to improve its services.

Happy to learn that customer satisfaction is given some attention. If the iyogi complaints form does turn out the way it is being projected, it will be a great thing for customers. I am assuming that the form will be handled by a select group of people. If it is so it will improve the customer complaints resolution rate. Good karma!

I am new to remote tech support having tried it only a couple of months back. But thanks to iyogi and its team of great computer technicians I am having a great time. With their help I have been able to stay productive without compromising quality, and have peace of mind. I don’t know about others, but a good service provider can bring so much to the table. iyogi hasn’t just been my go-to source when there is a computer issue, but I have been getting to learn so much about computer and its peripherals form them that it is just amazing. And it makes me incredibly happy that they now have an iyogi complaints form as well. It should help customers immensely.

I am ready to chip in with my useful suggestions! I think this is a wonderful exercise and iyogi needs to keep pursuing with the ‘iyogi complaints’ form. The complaints and experiences shared in the form should help iyogi to evolve, but also will give customers an insight as to what are the dos and don’ts while availing tech support. Keep up the good work…
